Chicken Pesto Pasta Salad

Summer and pasta salad go hand in hand in this house. I LOVE having the ease of having a chilled pasta salad waiting for us in the fridge when we get home from the pool or zoo or whatever we have done that day. Add the benefit that there is no cleaning dishes and I can’t think of a better quick meal! Marshmallow Shooter

This is a really simple craft that leaves your mini macaroni with a fun toy to enjoy after! It's a marshmallow/pom pom shooter!

What you need:
2 plastic cups
1 balloon
scissors
marshmallows and/or pom poms


What you do:
Stack the 2 plastic cups and cut them about a third of the way down. (I used 2 for sturdiness. If you have a surdier cup, one will probably do)


Tie your balloon and cut the (non-tied) end.

Sunday, May 20 - Healthy Kids Running Series

The Healthy Kids Running Series was created to provide kids with a positive, educational, and fun athletic experience.    Our focus is to have fun and create a “Get Up and Go” attitude. The Healthy Kids Running Series is a five week running program for kids from Pre-K to 8th grade.  Each Race Series takes place once a week and offers running events like the 50 yard dash and the one mile run.  Kids will compete each week of the Series for a chance to earn points, and at the end of the Series the top boy and girl finisher with the most points in their respective age division will receive a trophy. 
Where: Cumberland Valley / Eagle View Cross Country Course (Behind Eagle View Middle School)
